GLP-1 Medications Are Changing Your Body—But No One Tells You How to Live With It

Science-based guidance for women using GLP-1 medications—supporting lasting change and long-term well-being beyond the medication.

You’re in the right place if…

You’re taking a GLP-1 medication and dealing with side effects or changes in your body that you weren’t fully prepared for.

You find yourself wondering if you’re “doing it right”—what to eat, how much to eat, how to move your body—and feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice online.

You’ve spent years dieting and don’t want to fall back into the same cycle, but you’re not sure what this is supposed to look like now.

You’re navigating other people’s curiosity, comments, or judgment about your weight, your choices, or the medication itself.

You’re adjusting to a changing body and feeling unsure of who you are in it.

You’re trying to make sense of your relationship with food—especially when it no longer works the way it used to as comfort, reward, or routine.

You want clear, science-based guidance to help you understand what’s happening and figure out how to move forward in a way that feels safe, sustainable, and aligned with your life.

About Dr. Jen Bradley

I'm Dr. Jen Bradley, a licensed psychologist, college professor, and creator of the After the Noise Method™ — an evidence-informed approach to the psychological work that comes with GLP-1 medications and long-term weight management.

For more than 30 years, I've studied how people create lasting change. GLP-1 medications are transforming what's biologically possible, but many women discover that success depends on more than appetite suppression. Identity, relationships, body image, and self-care often shift long after the weight begins to change, and almost nothing prepares women for that part.

I built the After the Noise Method to close that gap.
