GLP-1 Medications Are Changing Your Body—But No One Tells You How to Live With It
Science-based guidance for women using GLP-1 medications—supporting lasting change and long-term well-being beyond the medication.
You’re in the right place if…
You’re taking a GLP-1 medication and dealing with side effects or changes in your body that you weren’t fully prepared for.
You find yourself wondering if you’re “doing it right”—what to eat, how much to eat, how to move your body—and feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice online.
You’ve spent years dieting and don’t want to fall back into the same cycle, but you’re not sure what this is supposed to look like now.
You’re navigating other people’s curiosity, comments, or judgment about your weight, your choices, or the medication itself.
You’re adjusting to a changing body and feeling unsure of who you are in it.
You’re trying to make sense of your relationship with food—especially when it no longer works the way it used to as comfort, reward, or routine.
You want clear, science-based guidance to help you understand what’s happening and figure out how to move forward in a way that feels safe, sustainable, and aligned with your life.
About Dr. Jen Bradley
I’m Dr. Jen Bradley, a licensed psychologist, professor, and founder of Evolve Integrative Wellness, LLC. My work has focused on helping women build lives that are healthier, more manageable, and better aligned with their needs.
GLP-1 medications are changing the landscape of weight loss and metabolic health—but for many women, they also introduce new questions, challenges, and uncertainty. My work focuses on helping women understand and navigate the physiological, behavioral, emotional, and social changes that come with these medications so they can integrate those changes into their daily lives.
I created Evolve Integrative Wellness to provide clear, science-based guidance that goes beyond surface-level advice. This work is grounded in psychology, behavioral science, and real-world application—helping women move past confusion and build lasting change and long-term well-being.
While I am a licensed psychologist, this platform is not a clinical service. The information shared here is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
